Enhancements

• Gemini 1.5 Pro Model
  The Gemini 1.5 Pro AI model is now available for selection in the AI Chats screen. You can choose your preferred model from the dropdown menu in the top-right corner.

• Select Default AI Model
  When you select an AI model from the dropdown in the AI Chats screen, your selection will now persist across all new chats. This default model will also apply to any AI interactions within Floutwork, including the Command Bar, the "Ask AI" option from right-click menus, and the AI Writer feature in the Notes app.
